HOW CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
Kindly email your inquiry to info@alvibeautycare.com with subject “Return Item” “RMA”. We will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 7 working days for your RMA to be processed.

To expedite this RMA process, do consider the inclusion of photos together with your RMA request pertaining to the condition of your item(s) at the time of receipt.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKES?
Please allow a minimum of 14 working days for us to process all RMA requests, starting from the date of receipt of your returned package.
