What is your return policy?
If you are completely not satisfied with your purchase (damage during shipment or wrong item/type/shade/etc) you can send it back to us. It must be returned in unopened and original, sale-able condition. All orders returned back to us for a refund would be termed an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Returns must be made within 14 days from date of purchase.
- Damage items must be return together with original box and receipt.
- Item bought during promotional events are not accepted for return and exchange.
How is the return processed?
You can choose for a prorated refund to your store account in the form of store credits, or you can opt for an exchange to a similar/higher priced item(s).
How about postage charges?
Postage fee incurred for all RMA orders would have to be borne by the sender. Please allow up to 14 working days for this refund process to be complete. We do not refund shipping charges that customers have paid for at first instance (time of their order).
How can I return my purchase?
Kindly email your inquiry to email@example.com with subject “Return Item” “RMA”. We will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 7 working days for your RMA to be processed.
To expedite this RMA process, do consider the inclusion of photos together with your RMA request pertaining to the condition of your item(s) at the time of receipt.
How long will it takes?
Please allow a minimum of 14 working days for us to process all RMA requests, starting from the date of receipt of your returned package.
