What will be the shipping fees?
For purchases above RM200, delivery charges will be waived for West & East Malaysia. Standard delivery fees for the following zones will apply:
(a) West Malaysia : RM7
(b) East Malaysia : RM15
(c) Singapore : RM40

Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?
Yes, only if the order is still pending. Please send an email to our customer support email at info@alvibeautycare.com entitled “Request to cancel order” in order for us to process the order cancellation. Orders that are in the process of shipping and/or shipped will not be cancelled.
What is the product's transacted currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
How long does the order process takes?
Your order will be processed within 1 to 2 working days.
How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery will normally take around 3 to 5 working days.
